meditation 3
10 mins, am. Finding it hard to keep my mind off plans today. I can label and try and let go of thoughts all I want (I used to visualise them 'flying' off to the left behind my closed eyes but this has stopped working). At least I'm often aware and can halt it I guess?
Things that help:
- Focusing on bring awareness to the space behind my eyes (don't know how to explain this)
- Focus on external sounds - bird song is good!
- Focus on breathing (doesn't work great for me at the moment)
